SHIPPING INFORMATION

Every order from Léasha Designs begins as more than just a product — it starts as an idea we carefully bring to life for you. Our pieces are crafted with patience and attention, usually ready to ship within 3–5 business days. For custom designs, we take a little extra time to ensure every detail feels just right. We currently deliver across India, with shipping times typically ranging from 5–7 business days once dispatched. Each creation is thoughtfully packaged, so that when you open your box, it feels like unwrapping a little moment of joy.
 
At Léasha Designs, we believe in providing you with complete transparency. Our shipping policy is designed to keep you informed every step of the way. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your products will arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We understand the importance of reliable shipping, and we are dedicated to ensuring that you receive your 3D creations with the utmost care and efficiency.

Cancellations

- You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellation isn’t guaranteed.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed using your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Refunds & Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Mandatory Proof: Customers must provide a clear, unedited video of the box opening (from start to finish) as proof in case of damage or missing items. Claims made without such video evidence may not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Time Window: Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and return the product within 14 days.

  • Condition: Products should be unused and in their original packaging. If damage is already present and clearly shown in the box opening video, the return will still be eligible.

  • Process: Reach out to our support team with the box opening video, photos, and order details. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label or instructions.

  • Refunds: Issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds apply to the product cost, excluding original shipping fees.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is available, we'll process the exchange. Otherwise, a refund will be issued in line with our refund policy.

Non-returnable Items

Items made-to-order or customized per your requests (e.g., personalized designs) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
